After many weekends in middle school were spent watching “The Lonely Island” music videos and “Bridesmaids”, Amanda knew she wanted a career in comedy. At NYU, she honed her style and discovered her love of filmmaking. She wants to combine her skills and experience she garnered while at school, pair them with her passion, and unleash them on the world.
Most recently, Amanda’s feature screenplay, “Immaculate Deception” was awarded Best Comedy Feature at the Big Apple Film Festival and Screenplay Competition. She also won “Best Student Music Video” at AudioShoot International Film Festival for her original song, Savage Suzy. Her upcoming work includes production of “Immaculate Deception” and development of her original web series.
